Luis grew up in Scottsdale, AZ where he attended Saguaro High School and met his future wife, Jaime.  He then graduated from the University of Arizona in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Spanish.  After vacationing in Durango for several years, they decided to make Durango their home in March of 2007. Together, they have three boys and love to watch them compete in sports.    

Luis has spent the last 25 years in residential construction and development in both Scottsdale and Durango.  His experience spans across various areas of real estate including new residential construction, residential remodels, commercial construction and subdivision development.  He and his wife Jaime successfully developed 3 subdivisions in Durango and built 16 homes. In 2020, they partnered in business again but this time as Realtors with Coldwell Banker Heritage House.  Teamed together they bring almost 50 years of combined real estate experience to the table.

Luis is passionate about connecting one on one with his clients, listening to their needs and creating a path to success for them.   

When he is not working, he likes to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his family camping, fly-fishing, playing golf, cooking Mexican cuisine and just enjoying what nature has to offer.
