Since 2004, I have been a full-time Realtor in beautiful Durango, Colorado. It is my mission to provide clients with proven analytical tools for understanding the investment value of any property. I am prepared to facilitate transactions professionally and thoroughly. I deeply value continuing education, which allows me to bring my clients the most current information available and assist them in better evaluating the challenging market conditions and current trends.
I have experience in a wide range of real estate negotiations and representation ranging from residential subdivisions, townhome projects, prime commercial office buildings, foreclosures, and short sales. I currently specialize in Global Luxury properties. I am proud to consistently be one of Coldwell Banker’s top agents. I have the experience, education, and dedication to swiftly move through real estate transactions while securing my client's interests with ethics and honesty.
I enjoy supporting my profession and community. In the past, I have served on the Colorado Real Estate Commission and the Executive Council for the Colorado Association of Realtors. I have served on the boards of the Durango Area Association of Realtors, United Way of Southwest Colorado, and the Southwest Colorado Chapter of the American Red Cross.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife Crystal and my daughter Charley. I enjoy golfing, camping, cooking, and watching the Denver Broncos.

"When we decided we wanted to move to SW CO, we did not have extensive knowledge of the area. I found Jarrod by doing an online search of the highest rated realtors in the area and while sometimes this method can be hit or miss, we really hit the lottery when we found him. Initially, the property we fell in love with seemed like a more complicated purchase due to the multiple dwellings and the large parcel of land. Jarrod made a process that felt very daunting in the beginning feel effortless by the time we closed on our property.
