Severin Spinu

Severin grew up in Moldova, Europe. We might as well tell you because it is always the first question he’s asked! With a degree in History and Law, Severin moved to Durango in 2008 with his wife Lana. He immediately fell in love with the mountains and our friendly town and decided it would be the place he and Lana would raise their family.

Severin is proud to call Durango Home. His family enjoys all the area offers, whether it is snowmobiling, skiing, or fishing, as long as they are taking advantage of this beautiful place.

In meeting Severin, you would think he was born to be a Realtor. Instead, his life experience inspired him into the industry only recently, from fine wines, as he found a way to build a relationship with the community.
